GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel - Eau Claire

Would recommend this hotel. Room/suite was spacious, in great shape, clean and the breakfast was on caliber of other hotels such as Holiday Inn Express. Was a full offering not a continental breakfast. I booked this hotel based on rating vs. cost. I would recommend this hotel if you are considering Holiday Inn Express. The suites are definitely a step above! I did not use the pool or exercise room.

The room was clean and it was quiet. The breakfast left something to be desired. Scrambled eggs and sausage were too salty the first day and the second day, by 8 AM. They were out of most things. After I asked, the hotel staff did add things to the breakfast buffet.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years. It’s always a two day affair. I typically reserve the two bedrooms and it has a kitchen. The rooms are clean and it’s nice to have a kitchen with utensils. The beds are nice and comfortable. You don’t hear anything in the next door rooms. So, the walls must be soundproofed. Occasionally, you can hear doors slam. The breakfast is OK. It’s a usual breakfast items. Biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, sliced ham, cereals, waffles. The coffee is fabulous! You typically don’t see this quality at other hotels. Overall, I would recommend staying at the hotel.

The lobby, pool, and room were very lovely and clean. We really enjoyed the living room area, the two bedrooms, lots of fluffy towels, good bedding and the nicely stocked little kitchen. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken. And more unfortunately the people in the room above one bedroom were wrestling or jumping or running around from 10:00 until after midnight making sleep impossible. But I would definitely give this hotel another try

Clean, well appointed room. Hotel was very quiet and stay was pleasant. Check in and out was simple and without issue. Was one of the best hotel stays I have had lately. One big plus is the hotel rooms and hallways don't smell like weed. This has been an issue in other hotels I have stayed at no matter how fancy they are. Was refreshing.

Solid long-stay hotel in a decent place; in good condition, clean, comfortable bed, quiet. Breakfast was pretty poor, but other than that, fine. It's definitely not a resort, and I would rank it just below a Hampton Inn, but if you have some reason to stay in Eau Clair for a few nights, you could do worse.

Small warm pool. Extra warm hot tub(jets not working but that's ok)absolutely love the studio suite..had 3 kids with and they are cooking Mac and cheese. Full fridge with ice already made..dishwasher and a separate bedroom...so like an apartment

Quiet hotel with very clean rooms. Pool was warm. Breakfast was very good.
